Like fine wine, quality beef is a result of many components working together.  We start with Angus and Herford lines of cattle raised in specific regions of the country that are perfectly suited for consistently producing the best in class cattle.  Working closely with our vendors, we ensure the boxed beef or portion cuts we produce keep the consistent quality we require to meet the needs of our customers.

Aging is another key component for beef to reach is maximum taste and tenderness.  All our beef, whether purchased retail, wholesale or through our portion cut program, have been aged to perfection.  If you require 21-days or 45-days we are happy to provide the extra time necessary to meet your specifications.

Pork, the “other white meat”, continues to gain market share in the world of protein.  Both tender and juicy, our pork can be cut into portions for the grill, BBQ pit or if you wish, can be salted, cured and smoked.

Besides the local boutique heritage breed pork Hampton Premium Meats harvests, our flagship line of commodity pork is JBS Swift.  We also offer high-quality bacon products from FarmlandExcel, and Indiana Packer.

Not long ago curing hams and other meats used to be a necessity.  The salt and smoke curing process developed because people needed a way to preserve their fresh pork in the days without refrigeration.  Finely tuned, this process has developed into an art form and has been passed down from one generation to the next.

Poultry is the meat protein with the least amount of shelf life.  For that reason Hampton Premium Meats takes delivery of fresh poultry three days a week.  We require our vendor to deliver us products 2-days from the date of harvest.  Hampton Premium Meats distributes Pilgrim’s PrideHouse of RaefordCase Farms and Marshall Durbin.

Our product selection is vast, ranging from whole poultry products to portion hand-sized bone in and boneless breast.

Hampton Premium Meats has worked with the same buyer of lambs and mutton from Southern Illinois and Western Kentucky for 30-years.  Lamb and mutton are harvested weekly at Hampton Meats, and are sold by the quarter, half or whole.  Our local lamb and mutton are sold to restaurants or individuals.

Our selection of deli meats is extremely versatile, from a great sandwich to toppings that complement a white tablecloth salad.  Our deli meats are sold as whole pieces or can be sliced.  Our selection is vast from EckrichButterballFarmlandField RoastJim DavidOzark Pride and William Fisher.

Hampton Premium Meats is also a distributor for FieldLaubsher and Troyer Cheeses.  Our selection is comprised of deli to gourmet Amish cheeses.

For the finest in frozen seafood Hampton Premium Meats has partnered with Beaver Street Fisheries, a leading importer, manufacturer and distributor of frozen seafood products from the USA and around the world.  For over 60 years they have provided quality products to the foodservice industry and more recently to the retail market.

Hampton Premium Meats provides USDA custom slaughtering for producers. If you are a local producer looking to resale your product or just an individual that has raised livestock for your personal consumption, and want your animal harvested, processed and packaged under USDA inspection you have found the right place. We share your pride in raising a high-quality product by taking the time required to prepare your animal for you or your customer’s table. All custom processing in our facility is USDA inspected and ensures our meats are wholesome choices for customers.
